A shopping mall in the city center. Attached to the basketball arena and the casino with dining options and stores on the lower floors. You can even catch the annual film fest in spring.

Some days are better than others in here. People have to make sure they have a specific shop they want to go to before they come. Hard to just walk around and enjoy shopping here.

Retailers very nice. Bath and body works staff extremely helpful. Claire's staff overly helpful. Has a children's place. Foot locker.

Slowly improving, and you can definitely see them trying. Keep an eye out for new shops. All in all a great place to relax.
