They have only one shuttle running. Takes forever get to and back from the rental office.

Just get the LDW insurance then it doesn't matter what shape you return the car... ;-)

Make the employee write down EVERYTHING - every scratch & etc. Although they claim don't worry about it when renting, when returning they want to charge for everything.
