Well, it's just a few steps from the Pula's Colosseum, so even if you're late for your bus- you will still catch it with a quick run :-)

Don't buy the ticket Rovinj-Zagreb for the 4.40am bus. It's much more expensive than the 4.50am bus, and you even arrive couple of hours later. I made that mistake. ;(
