Best time to shop here is between Midnight and 2am! You have to dodge the restock crew but there is no screaming kids and foodstamp confusion causing long lines.

Try their deli, the fries food is pretty cheap and good. And watch out, at the beginning of the month food stamps are refilled, so you get some nasty stragglers to.
