Staff are wonderful. I can always get what I want with ease. Refunds are a breeze as are exchange Sometimes, the staff do have off days but that's just down to dealing with very difficult customers

Staff dont like their job here as I was lucky enough to hear how one hadn't reviewed her new uniform since she returned from maternity leave and get daughter was one.

Always check your receipt for any deals you think you got, I guarantee they'll have made at least one mistake!
