Cell phone reception will work, you just need to log on to wi-fi first. Pull up your Internet browser and accept terms and conditions. Good to go

What's the deal with the cell reception? I have the top 2 smartphones in the market & neither get reception past the checkout. Other targets do not have this issue!!!
