TERRIBLE customer service experience. On the phone for 18 minutes with the phone ringing the whole time to get a hold of Customer Service Rep in person he was rude and acted like it was my fault.

The nicest employees, everyone is pleasant and helpful. I have never waited for more than 2-3 minutes to check out. Great store.
