If you're disabled or have trouble getting around in the store, they have electric carts that you can use to do your shopping with. Use them - they are lifesavers.

You can take your recycling to the bins in the parking lot Friday - Sunday. The bins accept category 1 and 2 plastic, aluminum and tin cans, and paper and cardboard that hasn't been tainted by grease
