Still learning the SB culture they are doing a good job. Staff are helpful and friendly. REI corp needs to understand the region more. Not everyone is a snowboarder or about to summit Everest.

Great return policy. My 5-year old REI tent got destroyed in heavy winds. They exchanged it for a new one w only a nominal adjustment for a member discount on the original
