Very first Vincom in Hanoi. Lots of shopping stores, restaurants, and even banks. But mostly people come here for the CGV cinema on the top floor.

Not worth a visit unless you are going to the movies, shopping high end brands or dropping your kids off at day care. Small upscale mall that is out of the way.

Love the shopping scene here. You can find Mango, FCUK, Naf Naf, Charles & Keith and many other brands in this building. They also have a good selection of Children's stores on the 4th floor
