Extended service plan. A lifetime of resizing, cleaning, gemstone and diamond replacement, rebuilding of prongs if the wear, etc. First product insurance I've seen value in. Many times.

brad is crazy if you think they will let you take a GUN on PRIVATE PROPERTY which is a JEWLERY store. as for service, we were in and out.

This place is horrible. They ignore you, then are rude when you correct them after they've called you the wrong name. It was like they were doing us a favor. Never again.
