I was told "LAST ACT" does not qualify for the normal return policy. I assumed the policy was the same. The coupons DON'T WORK and there are DIFFERENT refund policies.No incentives to shop at Macy's!

Much, much better than the Galleria Macy's and is overall larger so you have a bigger selection.
