Kohls cash is a pain in the but. If you return a defective or non working item you still forgot you cash. Aren't defective items supposed to be refunded totally? Forget Kohls

Ask cashiers for a coupon, they seem generally willing to save you a few bucks.

Terrible service. I asked for help but the employees just sort of pointed where to go, and I had to use their reaching hook because this girl didn't want to help me get a shirt. They have nice scarfs.
