Some of the most unfriendly people I've ever encountered working for Apple. The ones right at the top of the stairs are the WORST -- it's a shame because they are the first people customers encounter.

It's an Apple Store and that speaks for itself. It's the largest Apple flagship store in NYC. The staff are friendly and helpful. Located in a great location; quite busy so pack your patience
