This store is usually busier than the plaza store. It's harder to get an appointment at the Genius Bar here.

Try to avoid going to this store for repair. But if you have no choice then make sure you have enough free time to wait for 30-45 minutes (may be more) even though you schedule your appointment ahead.

I love this location. My toddler locked my iPad. I made a reservation for an 1 hr later thinking it was far. When I arrived 25 minutes early I was seen right away!
