One of the best Apple Stores in Germany. I like the high ceilings and glass front. This store also has a back entrance /w nice park to unbox your stuff. Expensive parking in Kö-Bogen. Sundays closed.

Had an appointment at 1:10 PM and was 12 minutes late due to the terrible traffic and construction. My appointment was canceled and I was send away and asked to make a new appointment!Never going back

Sehr großer Apple Store. Oft sehr voll. Bei Reparaturen und ähnlichen Problemen unbedingt online oder vor Ort einen Termin machen.

Toll sind hier die sehr hohe Decke. Der Service ist hier leider doch sehr dürftig da das Team zum Teil nicht gut geschult ist.
