Store manager is completely unreasonable and insisted I pay for a new lead after my 2 month old lead broke for my iPad pro even though I had apple care. Worst experience. Beware apple purchasers.

Some of the worst product knowledge I’ve ever come across in a retail sales team in this store. Incapable and ill trained! Brand new 2017 iMac died also two weeks later! F&@K apple 😡
