Great place to hike but be prepared for some uphill work, not many level spots. Don’t bring grandma!

Went there around 5PM on a September evening. We were literally assaulted by clouds of mosquitoes and had to turn around.

Go to the top at the towers, then do the full loop down past the restaurant ruins, a local fav!

If you want to get a parking spot, either park at the Visitor's Center (North of the Pointe Hilton), or the picnic area off Peoria. The tiny lot at the base of the paved trail fills too fast.

Not an extremely laborious hike to partake on. The first leg is a steep incline but nice for everyone from there on. When get to top, go around radio towers for terrific view looking south.

If you're looking for the paved path up to the communication center at the top, park in the small lot across from the Pointe Hilton. There's only about ten spots but the path starts right there.

Good fun! Afterward, checkout 32 SHEA on 32nd St + Shea. Serving coffee, food + liquor (if you're in the mood for bloody mary or mimosa) open for breakfast, lunch + dinner!
