Rude employees in the casino. they act like you ruined their day.Getting a drink is almost impossible.Dealers are so unfriendlySlots are tightBe careful in parking lot you will get robbed

Room service knocked every morning at 9 (in a casino hotel...) but wouldn't come back. After 2 nights we asked for some service and at least got new towels
