Rooms at the front seem nice and quiet and plenty of places to take the dog out for last thing at night walks and early mornings

This place is the pits. No duvet for our plus one. Inadequate blinds. No towels. No cancellation of breakfast allowed. WTF. Is that even legal? Charging you for something you haven't had!
