The food is great. Nice atmosphere. the rooms are cozy but roomy. bit expensive but you get what you pay for.

Beautiful ivy clad 18th century hotel. Excellent position on the banks of the River Ouse. Great real ales.

The service was incredibly slow. The lemon tart was very tasty but the fishcake looked as if it had escaped from one of the Alien films.

This is a much better option for accommodation than the Marriott. Much better beer, and free wifi!
