The view from the roof is great, the staff is super nice and helpful, they allow pets for $25, the whole building is beautiful! Really intentionally designed and comfy, with a nice breakfast buffet

Its a nice place to stay over when you visiting Niagara falls. Location is very convenient. Rooms are clean and tidy. But breakfast is very simple.

You've got to go to the skyview lounge. Take the elevator up and follow the signs. Great place to catch a drink or chat with friends.

Chat with Eric if he's tending bar in the lounge. We went down for one drink before heading out on the town, but ended up spending hours talking to him.

Great place to stay and enjoy the city everything is at walking distance. Front desk needs to be a little friendly and professional sides that very good experience. .

You won't get a better place anywhere around. Park car and walk to everything. Spotless rooms, excellent service. About as good as you get!!
