Single room does not look anything like picture on bookings.com. It's not totally bad but not top notch. Simple to the max.

Really lovely hotel and the food was excellent. Would definately come back and stay next time I'm in Leamington

Drinks at the bar are good value for a hotel. 10-15 minute walk to town.

Not the most lively of places on a Friday night but my room very comfortable and the food in the restaurant was beautiful.
