The 2nd day,the receptionist was NOT professional at all!Called my husband a liar for not paying the pet fee when it wasn't charged to our acct!We even walked the dogs in the lobby for them to see!

Walk in and walked out. Hotel room was filthy, staff was unfriendly and bed sheets were dirty.

Had bugs in first room. Renovated only means they painted and new bed spreads. Trying to be a 'W' but not really pulling it off!
