It’s almost worth if you are a club lounge member, otherwise bkfst is expensive. Hotel is old and smells :( expensive parking

We bought food from Nations, no fridge in our room. The bathroom does not have an exhaust fan and If your bedroom window faces King Street be prepared for some thunderous noises from traffic below.

Rooms are comfy enough and no issues with the wifi beyond having to constantly reconnect between the lobby and room wifi. Food isn't great though so head elsewhere for meals.

I was surprised to find this place linked to a pretty significant mall, havong been to Hamilton a number of times before. The mall is called Jackson Square, which links to some more mall-type things.

The beds are incredible and the rooms are very clean. It's where to stay when in Hamilton.

I'm surprised by the ratings here, but the hotel is crappy. Old, damaged furniture in rooms. Rooms are small, noisy. The only reason to stay is to support their unionized staff.
