Good location - interesting package but that's smell very bad in some place of the hotel- otherwise if you like mega complex hotel with everyting in the same place u can go there otherwise forget it !

Buffet breakfast 👍 all good! Bus stop in front of hotel. A bit noisy if you have street view.

Be sure to visit the restaurant "Commando", located away from hotel down the street, on the left. With red doors.

the hotel itself is fine - cozy rooms, good service, great breakfast and fair price, but... never use the parking if your car is bigger than peugeot 107 or similar!
