Clean rooms with fridge, missing microwave. Terrible food (think TV dinners) but tons of great food close by. Staff is friendly. No guest laundry, but they'll was a shirt for $4.

One of the BEST places to stay away from home when I'm in the NorCal area! It's actually a nice place just like home. Staff is very friendly and very accommodating. They have he most comfortable beds!

Rooms are clean and well appointed. The rooms along the North wing are the quietest being away from street traffic.

Absolutely enjoy the Hyatt Place! Great customer service and good complimentary chef style breakfast! Weekdays, though, be downstairs by 9am.

Looks like it is a convenient location to the nearby mall, but it is not easy to get there on foot. Nice hotel though and if you are driving there is a lot of restaurants and shopping nearby.
