Küçük temiz ve keyifli bir kayak oteli. Çalışanlar her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar. Genel olarak her şey iyiydi.

This hotel is not trusty,I had no any good memories because of their rude and unsatisfied behaviours.If you want to feel as a refugee, let's make a reservation for Lavina!

Never make a reservation by trusting their e-mail confirmation. When you take the bill in the end of your vacation, you will probably confront with a surprise higher price! Cheating business model :)

"Regret" is the word describing the experience here. Rudest reception service ever! Whatever you eat outside is much better then the food at the hotel.

If you want to throw your money into garbage; this is the place. It is a good example of how bad and unfriendly service you can have in a hotel. The food is just to fill in your stomach!
