this is the worst hotel. loud drunk men have been banging on our doors trying to get in. called the front desk for help and they were no help. avoid this place. it's shady.

Não tive boa experiência nesse hotel. Apesar da razoável acomodação, excetuando os recepcionistas, o staff deixa a desejar, fiquei apenas um dia por cancelamento de vôo, não me hospedaria novamente!

Somehow free shuttle did not arrive until I called the hotel. If you have been waiting for a while you should try calling the hotel.

Margie at the front desk is the best. She took such good care of my sister and I. Our dad booked the room online and she made him feel like his daughters where in good hands :) nice & accommodating

Beautiful place to stay near JFK. Clean room. Quiet, comfortable and well furnished fitness. MTA bus stop & convenient stores a couple of blocks away. No fridge in room. Slow internet in 6th floor.
