At a platinum elite member and all the renovation one would have hoped to get some points back for the inconvenience but I guess that doesn’t seem to matter to IHG

Super nice staff. Dog friendly. Sadly the hotel is under renovation and the noice level sometimes is high. We had so far the room door changed out, a shelf put in a safe put in and a microwave install

I have to say that the stuff is super nice and the breakfast is ok. The morning hotel is pet friendly. And again the staff at front desk is super nice. The problem is that the hotel is under renovatio

Breakfast, clean rooms, patio, pool, 24/7 gym, great people, snacks in lobby (free and choose from things to buy, major plus)! Close to shopping

Used to be a favorite for frequent s. FL business trips. Last two trips had bad experiences with night staff at front desk - rude and not helpful at all.

Apparently, hotel management seems to think people want to be bombarded by very loud TV gameshows & commercials during breakfast. I miss peaceful mornings.
