Clean lobby. Clean rooms although they need new carpeting. Nice pool and restaurants. Poor Gym. Good location. Good customer service.

Nice rooms, with fridges. Breakfast consists of breads, egg station, and mini buffet style pickings.

El personal muy amable, el hotel muy bonito. El desayuno es muy bueno. Lo único es que el wifi en el tercer piso no es muy bueno.

OMG! Take the time to visit the beach an hour from Santiago! It is beautiful! Santiago has a really busy night life and interesting things.
