We called the front desk for assistance (i.e. TV not working), but no one came. Requested for ice in the room, but it wasn't available also.

Checked in last night as well and the room smelled (looks like it came from the toilet's drainage). The breakfast food selection was super limited. Not impressive at all.

Newest one in Cabanatuan. They should definitely improve on their front desk staff. Totally inefficient. Checking in/out is a hassle even with 3 people (Bryan, Paul, & Cai). 2 hrs and counting...

Brand new hotel opened in Dec 2014. Officially opening on 20 May 2015. Great place to stay mainly due to new fittings and equipment. Hope it stays the same in my return visits.
