Service is subpar, entire place needs an overhaul. Staff attire leaves a lot to be desired. Problem with room key not working at night.

Not enough bang for my buck... Beds were not the greatest and the pool was way too cold for an indoor heated pool. I'd rather spend the money to stay at one of the cute b&b around town.

Don't use google maps walking directions to Saugatuck. Walk one block west on Clearbrook to a nice walking path along Washington/Holland.
