They’ve made the back bar much nicer, with more light, and leather sofas. Feels like Leura’s pub now.

The food is way up there. If this was in Sydney people would be fighting to get in. The Alex will always be a fave of mine and I cannot wait to return. Full review is now up on Spooning Australia.

We order amazing lamb shanks and eye fillets however the steak came to dry, hard to cut and not tasty at all. We told them and we've been given a free wine as apologizes - think it was fair and kind.

we've been adviced by locals and we walked away happy. Proper meal or a good price. The waitress was very friendly with us.

This place as an amazing atmosphere, log fires burning, great meals and service and a resident ghost called Marry.
