Cool, cheap and clean. It's close to the Opernhaus U-Bahn station, and it's pretty close to the center of Nuremberg. Totally recommendable.

Visit the 44th "Altstadtfest" (City festival) from 2014/09/18 to 2014/09/29. You can trink beer and vine, eat typical franconian food und enjoy the music.
