No towels at all so bring your own. And you'll need a flashlight. Fruit salad is awesome, so is the coffee.

If you are okay with dirt/composting baños, outdoor showers, & sketchy sleeping quarters, then go for it. Otherwise just wander thru the garden & check out their yoga.
