Don't go there!! In our room in the middle of the night our fan suddenly fell down on the floor. They called the police and wouldn't let us go if we did not pay 1.000.000 kip.

Take a meal: good food for 15-20.000 kip. Basic, cheap rooms, no aircon but free wifi.
