Чистые комнаты, приятные владельцы. На первом этаже очень хорошая слышимость. Хотите выспаться, берите номера подальше вглубь или на 2 этаже.

Humidity in the rooms on the back yard is very high which cause specific smell. Another negative is that you will sleep on the piece of concrete instead of bed.
