I don't understand their refill policy of throwing the cups away. I used 4 small cups. Why not just give me a large or putt a self service machine in the lobby? Saves$$$$

Just assume your order will be completely wrong and slow, because it will be, and they could care less. If you come here expecting that, you won't be disappointed.
