Maple syrup gold mine. Open year round, but most popular in the spring when they are "sugaring off". Call first, they are super friendly!

Food was quite good, they even have a vegetarian tourtière (you must ask the waitress). Tire was a little undercooked though so it didn't stick together. Overall, great authentic ambiance!
