Great place. Not a fan of the new remodel at all though. They removed the separations between the booths. You have less privacy when eating with your family and the place has more of a cafeteria feel.

Regardless which Friendly's you go to, expect super slow service and at least one thing cooked wrong.

Suki is my favorite hostess, Katina is best waitress there (that I've experienced anyway!)

Slowest service ever. Don't come here unless you have a few hours to kill and don't mind spending $30 for 2 appetizers. Go to Pirates Hideout. Cheaper, faster and better.
