Sometimes it feels like staff pull ideas out of their hindquarters. We were told that it was 2 for 1 night on a Thursday, only to be told it had been moved to Monday when we arrived.

Great value set menu, I opted for the Heritage salad and I never normally go for veggie option, followed by fish & chips..highly recommended

Been a regular here for a couple of years, and it's consistently good. Nice variations on pub food and the chef is excellent.

The terrace is lovely with great views over the fields. Dog friendly too!
