I usually like Rubio's but I think they are having employee issues. I just had a burrito and after 2 bites, it came undone. I think they need to hire better cooks.

Yeah it's a chain, but it has some of the most reliable fish tacos in the city.

I've always loved Rubio's- but this specific one in Mira Mesa has dry burritos. I dont know if anyone else felt so but it's very dry. Good thing is it's not served on paper plates!
