Ordered a 12-piece grilled nugget, received a 12-piece deep fried nugget. Something about this CFA is going downhill—there have been a string of wrong orders lately.

Not sure what’s been going on at this CFA lately—they got my order wrong again today. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, received a regular chicken sandwich...didn’t notice until I got home.

Today for lunch ordered a spicy deluxe sandwich with bacon. I did not receive the bacon I paid for. Additionally I did not receive the correct number of dipping sauces I ordered.

Ordered grilled nuggets, noticed when I got home that I received CFA nuggets instead. Sent a complaint to corporate 4 days ago, haven’t heard back yet. CFA isn’t supposed to get your order wrong.
