People are rude as hell. Walked in and stood in front of cash register for 5min to ask for bbq sauce because when i went through drive through they got my order wrong.

This bk is pretty bad but I've seen a lot worse in Tennessee. Slower and poor service and food was shitty if not the wrong order.

Why do I always have to pull up and wait no matter what I order? Why do I have to always show my receipt? Never seen any place this slow.
