Matcha green tea is to die for... Service is really nice, much nicer than in San Mateo Sharetea. They do Order Ahead if you just want a pickup.

Very friendly owner and staff! I usually go for the fresh milk oolong tea (80% sweet). Lychee jelly here is especially yummy!
