Ha - A phone call complaining about the poor value panini, etc, elicited an apology and an offer of vouchers . . . . . . Over a week later?. . . Still waiting. Come on! Get your act together !!

Disgusted. Bacon and egg panini - tiny, skimpy, see-through bacon. Grossly overpriced at way over £6 with a pot of weak tea. . A Danish pastry and an microscopic espresso costs over £3.75 as I recall.

Waited over an hour for a baguette and a slice of lasagne, only to find that the girl that took our order had gone home. We got our money back and some extra drinks in compensation.

Bad attitude, rude staff, did not wash hands between handling money, till and others things and stuffing salad and chicken into baguettes. 5 Woman walked out in disgust and I fell ill all day. Yuck
