This is like my third time walking in and walking back out after realizing the line is so long (and here this means 15+ min wait.) Ugh. Get it together managers!!! 👎

It's a lot of work to place an order. No flow in the process. The set-up forces the staff to be reactive instead of proactive. Great, caring people though. The food is great too!

I love this place but the service is crap, the ordering procedure is overkill, and some of the food quality has gone downhill. For some reason I keep coming back even though I get angry every time.
