Really happy since costa opened up here with great indoor and outdoor seating and a great selection of food and drink including a wide selection of vegan options

4 staff members, not busy. Tables dirty and full. No one is cleaning. Waiting time is long. Cust. complained to the manager, she started to put her anger on a till person. Wtf 😲
