Workers are really smug and will fuck you on packaging if you're not careful. Best to come in with exactly what you already need and just drop off.

The representatives here are rude and always in a rush. Customer standing in front of me was with their little kids who were sending out their first letter, Helen the rep was MEAN. AWFUL SERVICE!!
